In January 2001 Titan launched our first rapid response onsite home computer support service. Our aim was to provide fast and effective solutions to home computer users and we quickly became the leading computer support company in the Westcountry. At the end of 2005 the business changed from being centrally owned to operating as a network of franchises. We aim to rapidly expand this network of franchises across the UK.
In 2007, Titan teamed up with Kelkoo shopping comparison site, offering our customers the best value and biggest range of computer products on the net. Recently, we have teamed up with Citrix and launched our first remote repair service, taking advantage of latest technologies and offering our customers online support.
Our mission is to be known as the emergency service for home computer users. We pride ourselves with our 'can-do' approach and are customer- rather than problem- focussed. We aim to find the most efficient and cost-effective means by which to solve the problems we are faced with and are constantly investing in finding new and innovative ways to overcome common problems.
